I bought it because of a review it help quiet engine and even cam phaser my had lil noise let it run took it down road a little ways no change very disapointed
I have a 3 valve 4.6 with the knocking/ticking cam phasers. It doesn't set off any codes or affect drivability, but it is annoying at idle. The OT lubricant reduces the noise by about 70%. It only lasts for 200-300 miles though, so you have to keep up with it. But at least it's some sort of solution that doesn't break the bank and also keeps the moving parts well lubed.
