Shipping policy

Shipping and Handling Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday and ready to ship by 2 pm MST.

Shipping Providers

We generally ship all orders with USPS First class and/or Priority Mail.

Shipment Tracking

USPS offers online tracking of shipments. Once your order is shipped you will receive confirmation that includes the shipping number provided by USPS you may track your order on Shopify or the USPS website.

Shipping time 

Orders are generally received within 2 to 5 business days of the order.

(Due to current world events some shipments have been known to take a little longer.) 

Shipping Zones and Territories

We currently ship anywhere within the United States of America and all UNITED STATES Territories (including Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico), and Canada (for an additional fee). International shipping may be negotiated under some circumstances.

Shipping Cost 

We charge Standard USPS shipping costs based on weight and shipping location. 

Returns

Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
The product that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing product for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
