The Science
The Science
Film lubricants sit on the surface and evaporate. AiM's nano-ionic chemistry bonds a protective micro-layer to the metal itself, reducing friction and rust long after the excess is wiped away. Independent ASTM D-4172 testing found it outperforms Mobil 1 Full Synthetic by 11% and Lucas Oil by 33%. See the lab results.

What does the Pistol Cleaner Kit include?
What does the Pistol Cleaner Kit include?
Two 1 oz bottles of Weapons Grade CLP with two applicator bottles set up for handgun work — slides, barrels, springs, and the small internals a spray can never hit cleanly.
How does a non-toxic CLP handle carbon fouling?
How does a non-toxic CLP handle carbon fouling?
It penetrates and lifts fouling from the metal rather than dissolving it with harsh solvent — give it a moment to work, then patch or wipe it off along with the grime.
Will it protect a carry gun against sweat and holster wear?
Will it protect a carry gun against sweat and holster wear?
Yes — the bonded layer is a rust barrier first and foremost, which is exactly what daily-carry metal needs. Wipe down exterior surfaces after exposure and you are covered.
Can I clean indoors without ventilation?
Can I clean indoors without ventilation?
Yes — odorless and non-toxic means the kitchen-table cleaning session is actually fine. No solvent headache, nothing to air out.
